Metrics Guide

What each number on a stock card means

Trade Numbers

•
Health Score — 0-100, labelled High, Upper-mid, Mid or Low. It summarizes the stock's recent trend, momentum, volume and price action in one number, so stocks can be compared at a glance. A high score is not a guarantee of profit.
•
Trend — The stock's general direction, from Strong Uptrend down to Downtrend, based on its recent price averages.
•
Entry Zone — The price band you would be buying in today.
•
Stop Loss — The price where this trade is considered wrong, and you would exit to limit the loss.
•
Target 1 (50%) — The first price to take profit at, selling half the position.
•
Target 2 (Rest) — The second price to take profit at, selling the half you still hold.

•
RSI (14) — Whether the stock has been pushed up or down unusually fast — Overbought, Oversold, or Healthy in between.
•

•
MA20 / MA50 / MA200 — The average closing price over the last 20, 50 and 200 trading days.
•
Volatility — How much this stock typically moves in a single day.
•
Volume — How heavily it has traded lately compared with its own recent average.
•
Support — A price below the current one where the stock has repeatedly stopped falling.
•
Resistance — A price above the current one where the stock has repeatedly stopped rising.
